Sountraxx announced that they will be developing a "Plug n Play" decoder for the popular Bachmann ON30 Shay released in Dec. The new decoder will share the DSD100LC format that is used by all the other Soundtraxx "PnP" offerings and is priced in the same range. List $145.00, Tony's $119.95.
