This 4 Function, LED-Ready, Hardwired Decoder is designed with a built in Keep Alive
The built in KA2 Keep Alive will keep your Locomotive operating for 6-15 seconds without power (dirty track, bad contact, etc.
The onboard current limit resistors connected in series allow for LED installations with NO EXTERNAL RESISTORS for FoF, FoR, F1 or F2 (Use the standard KAM4 if your Locomotive already has series connected current limit resistors for LED's)
Included is an auto adjusting BEMF for outstanding slow speed performance and hassle free set up
Also includes Quiet Drive for super quiet engine performance
