The latest addition to the HO Spectrum line of steam engines is the 4-6-0, aka the "Ten Wheeler". This is a long awaited prototype and it lives up to the expectations that the Spectrum has established with excellent detailing and good running charecteristics.

This loco provides excellent motive power for layouts from the early 1900's thru the 40's. It pulled 8 freight cars up a 2% helix on a nearby club layout without slipping. We estimate 3-4 passenger cars which is just about prototypical.

For sound use STX 820001 generic steam, an NMRA plug harness with a 1" speaker.
