ESU LokSound: New Products and Price Changes
ESU Products
We are in the process of updating all price lists. Most notably, the popular LokSound V3.5 sound decoder has posted a list price increase from $139.00 to $167.00. Now we know why the EU has recovered from the recession ahead of the US!
First: ESU is releasing the "Navigator", a digital command station using a bi-directional infrared technique. Some of the features include: ability to run up to 40 DCC speaking locomotives; with the wide-angle optic you can reliably control your layout with a visual contact, no need for direct contact with receiver; multiple consists moving up to six locomotives at one time is possible; read and change CVs on the programming track; control magnetic accessories; ability to connect up to five IR receivers; ECoSlink system bus connection, so you can connect your Navigator with the ECoS, should you want to in the future. The Navigator command station is affordably priced, listing at $289.00.
Sercond: Also, ESU is releasing the LokSound Select decoder, in addition to their existing offerings. Unfortunately we are unable to release any info at this time due to false statements that LokSound has published conjunction with their new product announcement. We advise folks to wait for the correct information which heretofor we have requested from ESU but to date have not received or been replied to. The LokSound Select has a planned list price of $99.95.
