High Bass Combo Booms Broadway Ltd F Units

Buy BLI Locos, High Bass Speakers
Q1a Sound Files (external link)

Mike M. uses the Q1a/Q2 extended bass sound files and our High Bass speakers to boom the bass responses of BLI F units. Thanks for the info!

I put a couple of high bass 27mm speakers in a BLI F7B with QSI V7 upgrade chip, I was unable to tell a major difference between it and another F7B with factory speakers. Both had these modifications done to them.

I emailed QSI Solutions to see if it is possible to get the high bass motor sounds (that are available in the Revolution) into a custom version 7 upgrade chip firmware. They sent me 104-4v7-37-8, I installed it and it sounds great. The BLI F7A unit has a single 16 ohm speaker and the high bass speakers are 8 ohm so I don't think I'll be able to change the A unit. (Editors note: The 8 Ohm will work fine.)

Should be able to change the speakers on both BLI & P2k E units, but some early sound equipped E units had a long sound PCB that will interfere with the magnets of the high bass speakers. Will have to ask for more custom firmware for those units.

The P2k F units use an A frame speaker mount so the big magnet of the high bass speakers will not fit.
