The Quantum Programmer and CV Manager Software Make Programming Tsunamis a Snap

It has been recently discovered that the CV Manager software supplied with the Quantum Programmer works beautifully when programming the Soundtraxx Tsunami decoders as well.

When you start a new project on the CV Manager software there is an option to program an “Other Decoder”. Select this option and have fun.

This is a great way to work with all the NMRA CVs in the Tsunami. Non-NMRA standard CVs can still be programmed using the “Program Any CV” function, you must know the CV you're trying to program and the value which you are entering and you won't necessarily be able to read them back but they will program.

I encourage users who have the QSI Programmer and some Tsunamis to try this out, it's a great way to speed match locomotives from different manufacturers.
