Broadway Ltd/ PCM Announce Price Increases

Price increase pressures are effecting the entire model railroad industry due to higher costs from rising oil prices, a major increase in copper and related electrical componnents and the decline of the dollar. You should expect to see industry wide price increases of about 5% - 10%.

Dear Distributors and Dealers,  Broadway Limited is announcing price increases due to mounting financial pressures placed upon our products. Rising fuel costs, increased foreign pricing and the declining value of the dollar are the main reasons. I'm sure you have seen the headlines.  The price increases below will take effect on all orders placed after March 31, 2008. I suggest you evaluate your orders and take advantage of the opportunity to augment your orders at the lower prices.

All BlueLine diesels were $169.99, now $189.99  BlueLine Heavy and Light Mikados were $229.99, now $249.99.  BlueLine Big Boys were $427.99, now $469.99.
