PCM Reduces Prices On Selected Upcoming Models

PCM Locos

Precision Craft Models has dropped the prices on selected models that are scheduled for release later this year. If you have already ordered from Tony's at the old, higher price, your cost will be reduced accordingly. PCM has also updated Order Deadlines and release dates.

The affected N scale models include:

Selected PAs and PA/PB sets
E7A w/sound
E7A
E7B
E8A w/sound
E8A
E8B
PRR 4-8-2 M1A, M1B

As I hit the newly integrated 'BLI/ PCM/ BlueLine' website to compile this information I noticed that each un-released loco listing has a little 'meter' next to it indicating the status as to whether enough orders have been placed to make a particular item worthwhile to build. Let's face it-- if the manufacturer doesn't get enough orders, the model won't be built. Case in point is the N Scale PRR 4-8-2 M1A, M1B.

So if you are holding off from making an order please be guided accordingly. The price we must pay for having the wide variety of finely detailed, affordable models that we enjoy today is that we don't have the luxury any more of waiting until they're "on the shelf".
