Soundtraxx DSD150 Diesel & Steam sound.

After installing and evaluating many combinations of speakers for HO steam & diesel installations I like the dual, drum style, 1" dia speaker assy for diesel. For unknown reasons the drum combination produces the best fidelity at good volume levels for HO diesels while the elliptical 1.1 x 1.7 speakers work best for steam sound, provided you have the space. For steam you can add more 1" dia & elliptical speakers as you choose. For diesel add more 1" speakers.
