Tony's is releasing a new, upgraded version of the
popular Power Shield Circuit Breakers and Auto Reversers that it
pioneered for DCC Power Regulation and Segmenting.
The new Power Shield products were upgraded to intelligently
discriminate for the various types of loads experienced by DCC users,
such as Sound Decoders, Stationary Decoders and multiple incandescent
lamps,all which have high in-rush currents that can trip (Fool)
short circuit responses of most DCC Boosters and other Circuit Breakers.
The new products and features are:
PSRev: A DCC Auto Reverser with integrated
Circuit Breaker. Now rated for 8 Amps and EZ programming jumpers
for both trip current and response times.($39.95)
PSOne: A DCC Circuit Breaker for short circuit
regulation of ONE power district Now rated for 8 Amps with EZ
programming jumpers for both trip current and response times.($29.95)
PSTwo: A DCC Circuit Breaker for short circuit
regulation of TWO power districts. Now rated for 8 Amps with EZ
programming jumpers for both trip current and response times.($49.95)
PSFour: A DCC Circuit Breaker for short
circuit regulation of FOUR power districts.($79.95) Now rated
for 8 Amps with EZ programming jumpers for both trip current and
response times.
The new product mix will provide Power Shield options
for all DCC environments from small to large users.
Production was halted on the prior design. The new
PSRev and PSOne are in stock. PSTwo and PSFour are to be released
in about a month.
A note about Tony's Backorders.
As a result of developing the new design production
was halted with many outstanding back orders unfilled. We elected
to do this to provide a better product. Back orders will be shipped
on first-in,first out basis and should be liquidated in about a
month. We appreciate the patience of all of you who have been waiting
for the new releases.
