Signal and indicator controller. The
SIC24AD is uniquely suited to control various types of
signals and indicators on a layout or a CTC panel. It
can be used as a signal controller to indicate block
occupancy and turnout position, and as a grade crossing
gate controller with flashing signals. Combinations
of some of these features are also possible. The SIC24AD
is compatible with most DCC systems.
Differences from SIC24:
• "Smart Programming" has been greatly improved with additional options for easier setup.
• CVs 1 to 9 have changed to be similar to SRC16.
• Decoder Configuration CV9 has some different options. No option to support Digitrax SE8C.
• Digitrax specific - improved LocoNet® interface resulting in fewer grounding issues with LocoNet®.
• DCC to serial bus gateway option.
• Optionally can be powered from the track (HO scale or smaller).

The BlocD8 is an eight block occupancy detector for DCC. It is particularly useful where high density or centrally located detection is desired. Yards and automatic train control are some examples. It provides complete isolation from the track by using transformer type sensors. The BlocD8 can used in a stand-alone mode or in a network with other devices. |

The DBD22 is a dual block occupancy detector. It provides complete isolation from the track by using small transformer type sensors. This also means there is no drop in track voltage as there is with sensing diodes. The DBD22 is designed to work well with the SIC24 signal and indicator controller.
Operating voltage: 5 to 15 volts DC
Typical operating current (unoccupied): 3 mA @ 5 volts, 8 mA @ 12 volts
Typical operating current (occupied): 8 mA @ 5 volts, 20 mA @ 12 volts
Maximum load per output: 150 mA
Typical trigger current: 3 mA @ 5 volts, 6 mA @ 12 volts
Maximum sensor current: 5 A with one pass of feeder wire

The MotoD package includes 2 units for $19.50!
The MotoD is capable of driving four low current stall motors for switch machine applications. A SRC16 is required to control and provide voltage to the MotoD. Up to four MotoDs can be connected to a single SRC16. This means the SRC16 could control up to 16 low current stall motor type switch machines. |
